Say the word cupping and most of you may think of celebrities who have been seen with brusies on their backs courtesy of what looks like some medieval torture device……..
What’s the difference between back cupping and facial cupping?
With facial cupping the cups are not static, and the movement creates stimulation, moves blood around the face and drains toxins out through your lymph system. Whereas with body cupping the cups are applied in a specific area for a few minutes which creates the bruising effect.
What are the benefits?
- Brightens the skin
- Minimises the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles
- Boosts collagen production
- Reduces puffiness
- Reduces pore size
and so much more……
What’s the aftercare?
Make sure you drink plenty of water to drain out excess toxins, fats, and excess water. Avoid caffine, alcohol and salty food.
