Covid-19 Policy

We are continually monitoring the coronavirus pandemic. We are following guidelines to make sure we are operating in the safest way for our clients, staff and the wider community. As such we have adapted the ways
in which we are working to allow us to continue to offer our services.

When not to come in
If you have had any symptoms of coronavirus in the last 14 days. The main symptoms of coronavirus are:

High temperature – this means you feel hot to touch on your chest or back (you do not need to measure your temperature).

New, continuous cough – this means coughing a lot for more than an hour, or 3 or more coughing episodes in 24 hours (if you usually have a cough, it may be worse than usual).

Loss or change to your sense of smell or taste – this means you’ve noticed you cannot smell or taste anything, or things smell or taste different to normal.

If you have any of the above symptoms, or have been in close contact with anyone with symptoms do not come in to clinic and make sure you’re self-isolating according to government guidance.

What we are doing
We are operating an appointment only system. A deposit of 50% is required when booking an appointment.
We require at least 48 hour notice to cancel any appointments. Less than 48 hours a cancellation fee will apply (your deposit amount).
We will clean work areas and equipment between uses.
We frequently clean and disinfect objects and surfaces that are touched regularly.
We will be wearing protective gear such as visors, face masks, gloves and gowns during your treatment.
Security will check your temperature upon arrival to our clinic.

What we need you to do
Please don’t arrive early. We need to dedicate extra time to your appointment slot to allow for extra cleaning after the previous appointment. If possible don’t bring unnecessary people with you into the clinic.
Please wear a face mask, or we can provide you with one.
Use your elbow when using the lifts.
Once inside please use our sanitiser or wash your hands.
When in the clinic if you need to sneeze or cough, please do so into a tissue, which should then be discarded appropriately and you should wash your hands thoroughly or use hand sanitiser after using a tissue. We can
provide tissues if needed.
You will be asked to provide your up to date contact details before your treatment starts.
